Most of our patients are opting to have breast enlargement surgery with silicone gel implants. After many years, the Food and Drug Administration has re-released silicone gel breast implants onto the general market. Several large medical studies, including one mandated by the FDA in which Dr. Varkony was an investigator, have shown silicone gel implants to be safe. Be sure to ask us about this as well as about saline implants, which are also still available, when you come in for your consultation. Either way, we use only smooth implants to give you the most natural, beautiful results possible.
